endlesssynth.com (the "Site") is a free, ad-free service that streams procedurally generated synthwave music for focus and study. By using the Site you agree to the following:

1. Use of the Site

• The Site is provided as-is, with no warranty. Stuff will break sometimes.
• You are responsible for the content you save and post (vibe names, descriptions, comments).
• Do not use the Site to harass, threaten, or harm others.

• You sign in with Google. We do not store passwords. We store only your name, email, profile picture URL, and a Google account ID.
• You may delete your account and all your saved vibes at any time from the Account section.
• We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms or post abusive content.

3. Content you create

• You retain ownership of vibes and comments you create.
• By marking a vibe as public, you grant other users permission to play, like, and remix it on this Site.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

4. Audio and intellectual property

• The audio engine procedurally generates music in real time using Tone.js. No copyrighted recordings are used.
• Music you hear on the Site is generative output of the engine running in your browser; it is not a recording.

5. Disclaimer

The Site may go down, change, or be discontinued at any time. We make no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, or feature stability.
